At Dame Blanche, all products are delivered in digital format.
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are considered final once access has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Digital Product Policy

All products available on Dame Blanche are non-tangible digital goods.
Once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, it cannot be returned.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • You did not receive access to the product after purchase
  • A technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved

Requests outside of these conditions will not be approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Misunderstanding of product content
  • Failure to use or complete the product
  • Personal expectations not being met
  • Lack of results due to non-implementation

All products are clearly described, and responsibility for reviewing product details lies with the customer.

Access and Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues accessing your purchased product, contact us immediately.
We will take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under eligible conditions, you must:

  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Clearly describe the issue

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The time required for funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of access to all products
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

We strongly encourage resolving issues directly with our support team.
